Online auctions

Our Kotlyar's Auction online platform allows creating single trading space for sellers and buyers of various goods and services, as well as expediting receipt of profits. There are two auction models on our online platform: Classic and Dutch. Sellers and buyers from all over the world may take part in auctions. And accordingly, as an organizer of auctions, we bear a great responsibility for providing participants engaged in the production of goods, art collectors, persons who have personal belongings of celebrities and collector’s pieces, as well as owners of unique property, gold, diamonds, rare colored diamonds, real estate and other properties, land parcels, vehicles and the like with opportunity to receive commensurable consideration from biddings at our auctions in many countries of the world.

Sometimes it happens that only a single copy exists in the market, and among those wishing to obtain it, there might be persons who are ready to buy it for any price. Therefore, to get the maximum possible price for an item, it is sold through bidding. Seller puts up its lot for a Classic Auction where the price gradually rises from the opening price or for a Dutch auction where the price is reducing. During such auction, the price is automatically reducing until any of the participants stops it. This action means that the bidder is ready to buy the lot for this amount.

Such lots with reducing prices ensure complete non-interference into the process and higher efficiency. Dutch Auction model is the best option for the following assets: real estate and other properties, land parcels, and vehicles. Bidding is held online on the Kotlyar’s Auction platform; to go to the auctions page click the link. A user must be registered in the system and confirmed by the administrator in order to get registered as a participant of any auction.

  • First of all an owner should create a database of goods in the administrator panel of the platform. To this end youhave to enter the name of the goods, brief and detailed description of the goods, and to attach bright photos of goodquality. The goods of the lot added must match the names of the auction sections, and photos must be real.
  • Then any of the goods created can be put up for auction. Depending on the auction type, the seller specifies anumber of parameters as determined by the auction rules (start and end time, opening price, price increment, etc.).
  •  A buyer selects a desired product on the website, and begins the bidding raising or reducing the price (depending onthe type of auction).

When a winner is determined, he is directed to the page of the order of the goods won, where he can indicate the delivery address and leave comments for the owner of the goods. Upon completion of payment for the goods, all parties are notified of a successful transaction.

P.S. Newcomers to the procurement often forget to pay in time the fee from the price of the lot, which makes it difficult for them to access the auction, so we recommend being careful in respect of the lot information and participation terms.
