All items are shipped within the time frame specified on each listing (typically 1-5 business days). IMPORTANT: If your PayPal and kotlyars address differ, please confirm the address you want your items to be shipped to! I will not ship until the correct address is confirmed. All items ship via registered airmail tracking info available.
Once marked as shipped your order will be delivered approx within:

Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-25 business days
(For the US and Canada, packages addressed to the West coast may take a few days longer than
East Coast, hence the 10 days difference in the average times stated above)

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to me because an address is incorrect/undeliverable or
were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus
the shipping costs. If a package is to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the
shipping costs will be sent to you.

signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your
