  2. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or business information.
  3. KOTLYARS may verify a user’s identity, email address, phone number, payment details, and business information.
  4. Business sellers may be required to provide company registration documents, tax information, beneficial ownership details, and other supporting records.
  5. KOTLYARS may request additional information or documents to comply with applicable anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, sanctions, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Accounts created using false, misleading, incomplete, stolen, or fraudulent information may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.
  7. Each user is responsible for protecting their login credentials and for all activity performed through their account.
  8. Users must comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Seller Rules, Buyer Rules, Auction Rules, and any other applicable platform policies.
  9. The platform may support multilingual operation, international users, and jurisdiction-specific registration requirements.
  10. KOTLYARS reserves the right to amend these Registration Rules. Continued use of the platform after updated rules become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
KOTLYARS may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate registration where necessary to protect users, marketplace integrity, legal compliance, or platform security.

Buyer Rules establish the standards of conduct for purchasing products and participating in auctions on the KOTLYARS international marketplace. These rules help ensure secure transactions, fair competition, and a trusted environment for all participants.

  6. Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, chargeback fraud, bid manipulation, collusion, and any attempt to interfere with the integrity of auctions are strictly prohibited.
  7. KOTLYARS may request identity verification or additional documentation to comply with security, AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Any disputes between buyers and sellers should be submitted through the official KOTLYARS dispute resolution process.
  9. Violation of these Buyer Rules may result in account restrictions, suspension, permanent termination, cancellation of transactions, or other enforcement actions.
  10. Buyers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable import duties, taxes, customs regulations, and local laws in their country or jurisdiction.
KOTLYARS reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action to protect buyers, sellers, and the integrity of the marketplace.

By purchasing products or participating in auctions on the KOTLYARS platform, buyers acknowledge and agree to comply with these Buyer Rules.

Seller Rules define the standards for listing, marketing, and selling products on the KOTLYARS international marketplace and auction platform. These requirements are designed to protect buyers, maintain marketplace integrity, and support a transparent global trading environment.

Every seller is responsible for offering authentic, legally owned products and providing accurate information that allows buyers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Sellers are expected to conduct business honestly, fulfill their obligations promptly, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

  1. Only products that are legally owned and may be lawfully offered for sale may be listed on the KOTLYARS platform.
  2. Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of product descriptions, photographs, videos, certificates, and all other listing information.
  3. Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, restricted, or otherwise illegal items are strictly forbidden and may be removed without prior notice.
  4. KOTLYARS may require identity verification, business verification, proof of ownership, or additional documentation to comply with security, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Gemstones, jewelry, precious metals, luxury goods, collectibles, and other high-value items should include certificates of authenticity or grading reports whenever available.
  6. Sellers must dispatch sold items within the agreed or advertised timeframe and provide accurate shipping information when applicable.
  7. Communication with buyers, administrators, and other users must remain professional, respectful, and honest at all times.
  8. KOTLYARS reserves the right to suspend or remove listings, restrict selling privileges, or temporarily suspend accounts that violate these Seller Rules.
  9. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination and additional enforcement actions where appropriate.
  10. Sellers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable export, import, customs, tax, consumer protection, and other legal requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.
KOTLYARS may review listings, request supporting documentation, and take appropriate action whenever necessary to protect buyers, sellers, and the integrity of the marketplace.

By listing products for sale on the KOTLYARS platform, sellers acknowledge and agree to comply with these Seller Rules.

  5. Verification. KOTLYARS reserves the right to request identity verification, business verification, proof of ownership, source-of-funds documentation, or any other information necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, security, or AML/KYC requirements.
  6. Intellectual Property. Users may upload, publish, or distribute only content, images, trademarks, logos, videos, descriptions, and other materials that they own or are legally authorized to use.
  7. Limitation of Liability. KOTLYARS provides the platform as an online marketplace and reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove listings, terminate accounts, or take other enforcement actions where these Terms or applicable laws are violated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOTLYARS shall not be liable for disputes or transactions conducted directly between users.
