The platform provides a secure digital environment where users can discover, buy, sell, and auction valuable assets while remaining responsible for their own transactions.
KOTLYARS provides the marketplace infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to connect. Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions are concluded directly between users in accordance with the applicable platform policies and relevant law.
Whether purchasing an item at a fixed price or participating in an auction, users should carefully review all available information, communicate clearly with one another, and comply with the applicable marketplace rules.
- Create an Account. Register as a buyer or seller and provide accurate contact information when creating your account. Complete your profile with current and truthful information. For certain categories, higher-value transactions, or compliance purposes, KOTLYARS may request additional information or identity verification documents.
- Find an Item. Browse listings using categories, search tools, and filters to locate items of interest. Each listing may include a detailed description, technical specifications, condition information, photographs, pricing or auction terms, seller details, certificates or supporting documentation where available, and delivery information.
- Buy at a Fixed Price. When an item is listed with a fixed price, the buyer may contact the seller to agree on the transaction details, including payment method, delivery, insurance, and any applicable return conditions. As of the Effective Date, KOTLYARS does not receive, process, or hold user payments. Payment and transfer of ownership occur directly between the buyer and the seller.
- Take Part in an Auction. Registered users may participate in auctions by selecting a lot and submitting bids before the auction closes. Bidders may increase their bids while the auction remains active. At the conclusion of the auction, the participant who has submitted the highest valid bid becomes the winning bidder, subject to the applicable auction conditions. Payment, insurance, and delivery arrangements are then agreed directly with the seller.
- List an Item. Sellers create listings by selecting the appropriate category and providing complete, accurate information about the item. Listings should include clear photographs, detailed descriptions, pricing or auction settings, provenance information, condition reports, certificates or expert documentation where applicable, and delivery and return terms.
- Review and Publication. Sellers remain fully responsible for the accuracy of listing information, the lawful origin of the item, and their legal authority to sell it. Before publication, KOTLYARS may review listings, categories, photographs, and supporting documentation. The platform may request additional information, reject a listing, or remove content that violates platform policies or applicable law.
- Payment and Delivery. Buyers and sellers independently agree on payment arrangements, delivery methods, insurance coverage, shipping services, and transfer of ownership. For high-value transactions, KOTLYARS recommends using secure bank transfers, insured and trackable shipping services, professional logistics providers, and independent authenticity verification where appropriate.
- Trade Safely. Before completing any transaction, carefully review the item description, seller information, certificates, photographs, provenance, and delivery terms. Never transfer funds if payment instructions or other information appear suspicious. Any suspected fraud, counterfeit goods, or suspicious activity should be reported to KOTLYARS through the Contact page without delay.
Role of the Platform. KOTLYARS provides a digital marketplace where buyers and sellers can interact. Unless expressly stated otherwise, KOTLYARS is not the owner of listed items, a payment service provider, a bank, a logistics company, or a party to contracts concluded between users. Each participant remains responsible for complying with applicable law, platform policies, and the agreed terms of every transaction.
By using the KOTLYARS platform, buyers and sellers acknowledge that they have read and understood how the marketplace operates and agree to conduct transactions responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with all applicable KOTLYARS policies.
