These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the KOTLYARS international marketplace and auction platform. By creating an account, browsing listings, purchasing products, selling items, or participating in auctions, users agree to comply with these Terms and all related platform policies.
Use of the KOTLYARS platform is subject to these Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Registration Rules, Buyer Rules, Seller Rules, Auction Rules, and any additional policies published by the platform.
KOTLYARS provides an online marketplace for buyers and sellers worldwide. Users are expected to act lawfully, honestly, and responsibly while using the platform and its services.
- Acceptance. By accessing or using the KOTLYARS platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies.
- Eligibility. Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering and using the platform.
- Marketplace & Auctions. KOTLYARS supports both fixed-price marketplace listings and online auctions. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, authenticity, and accuracy of their listings.
- Prohibited Activities. Fraud, counterfeit goods, stolen property, money laundering, terrorist financing, auction manipulation, payment abuse, abusive behavior, unauthorized access, and any violation of applicable laws or platform policies are strictly prohibited.
- Verification. KOTLYARS reserves the right to request identity verification, business verification, proof of ownership, source-of-funds documentation, or any other information necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, security, or AML/KYC requirements.
- Intellectual Property. Users may upload, publish, or distribute only content, images, trademarks, logos, videos, descriptions, and other materials that they own or are legally authorized to use.
- Limitation of Liability. KOTLYARS provides the platform as an online marketplace and reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove listings, terminate accounts, or take other enforcement actions where these Terms or applicable laws are violated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOTLYARS shall not be liable for disputes or transactions conducted directly between users.
- Changes. KOTLYARS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
KOTLYARS reserves the right to take any action reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain marketplace integrity, comply with legal obligations, and ensure the security of the platform.
Users who do not agree with these Terms of Service should discontinue use of the KOTLYARS platform and its services.
