Kotlyars works with rare, valuable, and often unique items, including jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, fine art, collectibles, and luxury objects. For this reason, shipping and delivery terms are reviewed individually for each order or auction lot.
Individual Delivery Arrangements
Delivery arrangements are discussed separately with Kotlyars specialists after a purchase is completed or after a successful auction bid. Each shipment is reviewed based on the nature of the item, its value, destination country, packaging requirements, insurance needs, and available logistics options.
Customs, Taxes, and Import Requirements
International shipping may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, documentation requirements, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges and requirements are determined by the relevant customs, tax, and regulatory authorities of the country where the item is delivered. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such costs and obligations are the responsibility of the buyer.
